About Chelsey: Female Voice Over Artist

I’m a female voice over artist with a melodic voice who sounds relatable, friendly and real. I have mastered the Millennial/Gen-Z conversational voice over style.

In addition, my molecular biology degree comes in handy when I need to pronounce scientific terms like dynein, adenosine triphosphate and telomerase. After all, science journalism is my day job.

I’m known for cold-reading scripts with no errors. And I’ve been doing so since competing in Radio Speaking as a high school speech team member.

Speaking of my early years, I’ve studied voice since I was a preteen. I’m a professionally trained opera singer and would love to sing on your next project!

My Studio

I record with an Audio-Technica AT4040 Large-diaphragm Condenser Microphone, Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface, dbx 286s Channel Strip pre-amp and a MacBook Pro.

My booth is a closet in my apartment treated with Audimute isolé Sound Barrier and Absorption Sheets.

I use Adobe Audition 2021 to record and edit.

I would be happy to record with you either in your NYC studio or by using Source-Connect Standard, Zoom, Skype or phone.

Need someone to write copy? What about video and audio multimedia production? I can help with that, too.
